Happy Monday people! And it is a fairly happy one isn’t it? The sun has been shining all weekend for once and a dose of Vitamin D seems to put a smile on everyone’s face….as hopefully does my Monday Musings!
If this is your first time visiting my blog on a Monday I have made it my day in the week to round up anything that has caught my eye on the New In pages, whilst out shopping with clients or for myself. So with that said let’s get sharing.
First up, I’ve ordered these Current/Elliott camo pants from The Outnet and I’m anticipating their arrival tomorrow. I live in jeans but when the summer arrives it’s nice to have an alternative that’s not so restrictive. I’d wear these with trainers or heels (depending on where I’m going), keeping it simple on top with a basic tee and lightweight blazer for when the sun goes down. Speaking of tees, slogan tees are going nowhere and Ganni are God when it comes to a fun, fashion tees. This is their Harway YELLOW tee that’s been a huge hit with the fash pack. Stock is running low and I found this one on My Theresea so grab one quick or you might be going bananas with FOMO.
Summer style should be easy breazy shouldn’t it?! Who wants to be hot and bothered, especially when it comes to what you’re wearing. I LOVE this crinkle maxi dress from ASOS Design, it has loads of movement, cut away back detailing and best of all, it’s a real chuck in your suitcase and chuck on when you arrive piece! I’d team it with a tee underneath till things really warm up here or you’re jetting off for sun and sand. Keeping things fuss free why not go handsfree with your bag this summer? Whether you’re a school run mum or festival fashionista this Zara crossbody belt bag will work with any and every outfit, ensuring your hands are free for sticky kids or waving wildly in the air.
I’ve gone top to toe today…For the toes, these Next double bow sandals are suede, stunning and look a whole lot more expensive than their £40 price tag. For the top I have two items that I’m obsessed with – lipgloss and spiral hairbands! I very rarely do lipstick and I’m always on the hunt for a gorgeous gloss. I discovered this Just Peachy high shine gloss from Boots No7 at £9 last year in duty-free before we went to Greece, it’s the most perfect shade of coral that looks tantalising with a tan! As some of you know I’ve had a fair few issues with breakage since bleaching my hair, I changed my shampoo, conditioner and my hairbands. Everyone one of those things has made a difference, but I have lot of love for these spiral saviours. You can find them anywhere but the colours in this Sweaty Betty set coordinate with my gym kit!
So that’s it for this weeks’ Monday Musings, I’ll hopefully squeeze in another blog this week on my visit to the opening of SK:N Clinics 49th Clinic in South Woodford.
